Martin A. Lamb, Shareholder
Marty graduated from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University in 1985 and received his Bachelor of Arts from Hampshire College in 1982. He has an extensive background in real estate law, formerly with Edward A. Sokoloff & Associates in Maynard, Massachusetts, and Adelson, Golden & Loria, P.C. in Boston.
Marty opened his own practice in Holliston in 1996, providing downtown Boston quality services in a suburban setting. He is a long-time member of the Real Estate Bar Association of Massachusetts. In addition to residential conveyancing, Attorney Lamb has over 35 years’ experience in commercial title work, including abstracting, resolution of complex title issues, as well as underwriting of title insurance on virtually every type of property in Massachusetts and in every county.
An active participant in community affairs, Marty has sat on the Board of Directors of New England Region of United Synagogue and is a past president of Temple Beth Torah in Holliston. He has also served on the Holliston Elementary School Council and the Campaign for Holliston Schools. Marty continues to be active in local and statewide civic activities.
Marty and his wife Peri are longtime residents of Holliston. They have 2 daughters, Alyssa and Simma, and are enjoying being empty nesters.
Carin Bloomfield, Esq., Partner
Attorney Bloomfield is an experienced attorney with demonstrated history of working within the real estate industry. With over 25 years’ experience in the areas of residential and commercial real estate law. Much of her practice is concentrated on counseling buyers, sellers and lenders throughout all steps of real estate transactions, including legal research and land use.
Carin has broad experience with residential real estate conveyancing in connection with bankruptcy, divorce and probate law. She has represented several relocation companies and has represented clients with short sales and reverse mortgages. Attorney Bloomfield has been an agent for several national title insurance companies and is seasoned at curing title issues.
After graduating from Assumption College with a B.A. in both History and Political Science she received her law degree from Suffolk University Law School where she graduated cum laude in 1999.
Attorney Bloomfield is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Massachusetts Real Estate Bar Association and several business networking groups. In addition, Carin is a Massachusetts licensed real estate instructor/broker.
Wendy Harrington, Paralegal
Wendy Harrington, Paralegal for the firm and graduate of Northeastern University with a Certificate in Legal Studies has been a real estate paralegal for 15 years. Wendy was a legal assistant in real estate for five years prior to obtaining her Certificate. She is experienced in working with obtaining the proper documents needed to close, preparation of Closing Disclosures, coordinating and scheduling closing and completing the closing process. Providing excellent customer service is very important to her as she moves through the closing process with the client and lenders. She takes pride in her extensive 35+ year customer service background.
